Byron Katie is an American speaker and author who developed technique known as “The Work of Byron Katie” or simply “The Work”.
In 1986 whilst suffering from severe anger issues she came to the realisation that her thoughts were not reality.
She created this simple and highly effective technique for exploring your beliefs and deciding whether you want to hold onto them.
By responding in writing to four simple questions, you will be able to clearly see what you believe in, why you chose to believe it, how this belief affects you and what you would be like if you didn’t hold this belief.
This technique is a perfect complement to meditation and by exploring the process under my guidance you will be able to apply this technique by yourself in future.
Please note that unlike other add-on therapies, The Work requires a full hour to complete.
