This add-on is meant to design a customised yoga routine based on what I have learned by massaging you.
The idea is to use my extensive experience as a yoga practitioner combined with my understanding of human anatomy and physiology to suggest the ideal series of positions which will address your specific issues.

This therapy is ideal for people who have busy lifestyles and want to address their issues in their own time or for people who are interested in a more holistic approach to their well-being.
